How long will my order take to arrive?
We ship the majority of our coffee using Royal Mail 48 tracked. That means 2-3 working days for our coffee to get to you.
Where do you ship to?
We can deliver to any address in the UK. We're not currently able to offer international shipping.
How can I track my order?
When your order is dispatched we’ll send you an email with your tracking number. Shopify should send this to you automatically.
Do you offer refunds?
If something's wrong with your order - reach out to us via the contact page and we'll do everything we can to make it right, be it a refund or replacement.
My order hasn’t arrived!
If your order hasn’t arrived after 10 working days drop us an email with your order number to james@blackfingercoffee.co.uk and we’ll see what we can do!
